Caroline Hotterbeekx graduated from K.U. Leuven’s law faculty in 2004 (LL.M.), with the final year of her degree spent at the University of Montpellier. In 2008, Caroline obtained her Advanced Master’s degree in corporate law at K.U. Brussel.
After graduating from K.U. Leuven, Caroline joined the Leuven Bar in 2004. She joined the corporate law division of Curia in 2007. She also stood at the cradle of intui in 2013.
Caroline is an experienced advisor in litigation matters and transactions within the corporate and commercial law field. She has particular experience in corporate disputes between shareholders and/or directors and is also versed in issues facing the liberal professions.
Her practice covers all aspects of business law, including advising and litigation regarding distribution agreements and trade intermediaries, distressed companies, competition and debt recoveries, in Belgium or internationally.
She handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
