intui <\/a>successfully assisted the Pareit family with the sale of its interest in EASYPAY GROUP <\/a>to Partena Professional<\/a>. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval of the Belgian Competition Authority.
 
Founded in the 1980\u2019s by the Pareit family as a payroll software provider, EASYPAY GROUP <\/a>has evolved into a full-service HR provider. Today, EASYPAY GROUP <\/a>is the largest family-owned HR solutions group in Belgium consisting of approximately 25 entities, and provides a wide range of HR services and solutions to both private and public organizations.
 
Through this agreement, Partena Professional <\/a>will acquire 100% of the shares of the Pareit family, thus taking control of the entities of EASYPAY GROUP<\/a>.
