We are delighted to welcome Christophe De Backere as counsel at intui.
Christophe brings with him nearly fifteen years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer and combines this practical experience with strong expertise in private equity and fund structuring. He advises companies, investment funds and private equity firms on national and international transactions and has built up his experience at firms including Eubelius and Ace Law.
In addition, Christophe has a solid academic background, having undertaken teaching and research assignments at institutions including KU Leuven, the University of Antwerp and Hasselt University.
With his experience, expertise and entrepreneurial approach, he is a valuable addition to our M&A practice.
