intui assists Materialise with transfer of Eyewear division

intui assisted Materialise in reaching an agreement on the transfer of its Eyewear division to its management team. This management buy-out will enable the Eyewear activities to continue their growth as an independent business, while allowing Materialise to further focus on its core operations. This transaction follows intui’s earlier assistance in the transfer of Materialise’s RapidFit division in March and forms part of the company’s broader strategic reorganization.

intui advised TINC and PMV on an equity investment in two large-scale battery parks developed by Storm, alongside I4B and a banking consortium. With an investment value of 330 million euros, these projects will make an important contribution to the flexibility and reliability of the Belgian electricity system.
