intui assisted Vulpia Group in sale and lease back transaction with Aedifica

intui assisted the Vulpia Group in the realisation of a sale and lease back transaction with Aedifica relating to a newly built residential care centre with assisted flats in Anderlues. The transaction consists of Vulpia selling the shares of the real estate company to Aedifica. Aedifica will invest around EUR 17 million in the acquisition of the site. Vulpia will be operator of the site under a triple net lease for the next 27 years.

The intui team was led by Anneleen Steeno and Kim Van Herck.
Congratulations to the parties for realising this beautiful project!

intui becomes a member of the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Alliance

intui is pleased to announce its membership to the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Alliance (LDIA), a collective effort by several law firms in Belgium.

By joining LDIA, intui affirms its commitment to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, exchange good practices on diversity and inclusion, and raise awareness about non-discrimination and diversity issues. We will participate in LDIA’s mission by combining efforts in organizing events, workshops and training, among others.

Our LDIA membership is a further demonstration of the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. As the legal industry in Belgium deepens its focus on matters related to diversity and inclusion, intui is delighted to be among the firms leading this effort.

Last week, Naomi, Philippe and Ellen participated in our first LDIA event: an interactive workshop with the help of professional actors of The Bridge Theatre on how to respond as a witness to sexual harassment, in and outside the workplace. Thank you to Morrison & Foerster and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for the organisation and the very engaging and informative evening!
