Intui classic

Last Friday our annual cycling event took place, the intui classic 🚴.

Together with partners, clients and other relations from our network we cycled a beautiful route of 70 kilometers through the Hageland, guided by cycling legend Dirk De Wolf.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a drink together and delicious burgers from the Angry Butchers of Leuven.

Thanks to all participants, and see you next year!

intui advised Scilife shareholders on growth equity investment by Five Elms Capital

intui advised Scilife shareholders on the growth equity investment by Five Elms Capital. Scilife developed QMS – an innovative tool that enables players in the life sciences sector to optimise their quality management.

The transaction involved the transfer of Scilife’s shares to Five Elms Capital, with shareholders partially rolling over into Five Elms Capital. This investment will allow Scilife to strengthen its market presence and the adoption of its innovative QMS.

We wish Filip Heitbrink, founder and CEO of Scilife, and his team every success with this great next step for Scilife.

Intui’s team included Anneleen Steeno, Matthias Jans and Philippe Van Lierde.

Congratulations to all parties involved!
