intui advised Bart De Waele as a (former) shareholder of Duke & Grace, one of the first internet pioneers in Belgium, on the share transfer to Springbok Agency.

Through this acquisition Duke & Grace has joined one of the strongest and fastest-growing agencies in the Benelux. Both companies bonded over their shared vision: combining digital technology, data and creativity to help brands make a powerful, positive impact.

intui assisted TINC, a Euronext Brussels listed investment company, in the sale of its controlling participation in the business centre “Bio-Versneller”, located at the science campus of UGhent in Zwijnaarde. Bio-Versneller was one of the first investments of TINC, and focuses on research activities in the biotech sector. intui’s team consisted of Anneleen Steeno and Kim Van Herck.

Intui assisted Vulpia group in the sale and lease back transaction with Aedifica

intui assisted Vulpia group in the sale and lease back transaction with Aedifica relating to a residential care center in Somme-Leuze. The transaction is carried out through the contribution in kind in Aedifica of the shares of the real estate company against the issuance of Aedifica shares. Aedifica invests 21 million in the acquisition and extension of the site. Vulpia will act as project manager for the extension and will operate the care home for the next 27 years.
