intui successfully assisted the Pareit family with the sale of its interest in EASYPAY GROUP to Partena Professional. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval of the Belgian Competition Authority.
Founded in the 1980’s by the Pareit family as a payroll software provider, EASYPAY GROUP has evolved into a full-service HR provider. Today, EASYPAY GROUP is the largest family-owned HR solutions group in Belgium consisting of approximately 25 entities, and provides a wide range of HR services and solutions to both private and public organizations.
Through this agreement, Partena Professional will acquire 100% of the shares of the Pareit family, thus taking control of the entities of EASYPAY GROUP.
